Everdure Kiln Pizza Peel 12-inch aluminium with removable handle

The Kiln Pizza Peel 12-inch aluminium with removable handle slides pizzas in and out of your oven for home or outdoor cooking.

A 12-inch peel is suited to pizzas around 10 to 12 inches and works best with compact pizza ovens that have an opening and stone large enough to clear the peel head. The removable handle makes storage and transport easier, especially when space is limited or you are packing for portable pizza oven use.

Rust-resistant aluminium construction keeps the peel lightweight and easy to manoeuvre quickly around a hot oven. Polypropylene elements add durability, and the perforated design helps reduce sticking when launching dough. For the smoothest launch, dust the peel lightly with flour or semolina.

Model EPPEEL12 in silver comes with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty.
