The Fettuccine Pasta Cutter Attachment cuts classic fettuccine ribbons from fresh pasta sheets using your Kenwood stand mixer.

This attachment is designed for home cooks who want to make authentic fettuccine at home. It suits Kenwood mixers with the slow-speed Twist Connection System, including many newer Chef and kMix models. The cutter produces ribbons about 6.5mm wide, ideal for pairing with cream, butter or lighter tomato sauces.

The attachment works by slicing rolled pasta sheets into even ribbons, powered by the mixer for consistent results. It does not roll dough itself, so a separate roller is needed if starting from unflattened dough. The box measures 161mm high, 257mm wide and 78mm deep, with a weight of 1kg.
