The EVS7010 Built In Vacuum Sealing Drawer Obsidian Black seals food and liquids for storage, portioning and sous-vide preparation in an 8L chamber.

This Miele vacuum drawer is suited to kitchens that need food preservation rather than warming functions. Its 14cm size fits into cabinetry and is ideal for portioned meats, fish, vegetables and prepared meals. The included vacuum-sealing bags in two sizes allow you to start sealing straight away without buying extra accessories.

Touch controls make operation straightforward at the drawer, and fully telescopic runners enable easy loading and unloading. The Push2Open feature lets you open the drawer with a gentle press, while three vacuum settings provide flexibility for different foods. Safety switch-off adds peace of mind during use.
